This is due to their heart and right-brain Connective Intelligence which is not a deficit or a disorder, but rather their intuitive, inside out knowing. Also, lacking a left-brain filter, these individuals are not meant to manage life in our overly left-brain, information-based, separatist manner.

The best supportive measures do not attempt to change but build on who these individuals are.
